    Erik McNair

    Erik McNair, MSCE, MSEE, has wide-ranging experience helping federal activities define work requirements and has facilitated the creation of more efficient organizations.

     

    He led a team of analysts charged with the assessment of more than 1,200 FTEs in organizations responsible for facilities and equipment maintenance, utilities operation and maintenance, transportation, and supply services at five U.S. Army installations. The efforts resulted in recommendations for organizational and business practices improvements through the use of standard assessment techniques such as benchmarking, applicable best practices identification, and process-based re-engineering.

    Erik also has extensive experience with federal contracting, acquisition, and costing having provided support to both civilian and defense agencies in the development of acquisition plans through the organizational analysis of activities under consideration for competitive sourcing actions and the evaluation of available sourcing options. He has Master’s degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Virginia and Vanderbilt.
